Same-day appointments

During the COVID epidemic, the walk-in clinic on Wallace Street closed. In an effort to try and offer patients who needed a more urgent consultation a solution, our office started providing same-day appointments by booking only. This will hopefully alleviate the need for patients to spend hours waiting to be seen by a doctor in the emergency department.

The following is important to note:

• These appointments are provided by a single doctor, Monday to Friday during the afternoon session. Please note the appointments are limited and book up quickly.
• Circumstances or emergencies sometimes arise that are out of our control and there may be days when we are not able to provide this service.
• Please note that CRA disability tax credit forms, insurance forms, WCB and ICBC claim forms will not be completed during these appointments as we have no previous clinical information.
• Sick notes will be provided for the usual fee based on the clinical condition treated during your appointment.
• No opioids or controlled substances will be provided unless you have previously been seen in our office.

Please note that the number of appointments is limited. Call us from 09h00 in the morning at 604-869-5648 to book an appointment for that day. You are also very welcome to come in to the office in person at 09h00 to book an appointment. If you think you may be having an emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the Emergency Department at your closest hospital.
