Dr Jeff Schulz, originally from Chilliwack, completed medical school at UBC and family practice residency in Victoria.

Although he misses the ocean, he is happy to be back on the mainland  - he splits his time between hospital medicine in Abbotsford, and rural medicine in Hope. In particular he enjoys the supportive medical staff in Hope,  the challenges of rural emergency medicine and practice sharing with Dr Richard Darby.

He has done additional training in tropical medicine and has worked with the United Nations supporting refugees  in East Africa.
