Dr. Rosanna Switzer has been working in Hope as a family physician since finishing residency in 2009.

Originally from the Fraser Valley, she has completed both an undergraduate degree and medical school at UBC. Dr Switzer started in Hope as a locum and has settled into having her own practice since 2013.

Dr. Switzer enjoys the balance she has from an office practice, while also working in the emergency room at the Fraser Canyon Hospital (FCH). She is the lead physician at Hope Medical Centre and is actively involved with teaching both medical students and residents.

On her time away from work, she loves spending time with her family and doing outdoor activities such as running, cycling, camping, skiing, hiking, and paddle boarding.
